If you’re a high school, gap year, or college student coming to Lead THE Cause 2020, you could get one step closer to a college degree! Our partners at Colorado Christian University (CCU) are offering an exclusive opportunity for eligible students to earn 3 college credits during their week at Lead THE Cause.

Once you’ve registered for Lead THE Cause with your group, follow these steps to apply for dual credit:
Step 1
Register online with CCU
Go to https://secure.ccu.edu/dualcredits/ and complete the short registration form.
Step 2
Pay for the course
When you submit the registration form, you will be directed to a payment page. This course costs much less than a typical 3 credit class, so take advantage of it!
Step 3
Complete additional coursework
Once you’ve registered with CCU, you will be assigned additional coursework by Dr. Kevin Turner to be completed during or after your Lead THE Cause week.
Step 4
Request transcript
Upon completion of the course, you can visit www.ccu.edu/dual-credit/transcripts and follow the instructions under both the Unofficial and Official Transcripts and smile because you just earned three college credits!
It might be helpful to remind D2S that when families call about the scholarships, usually they are confused about it. It is only an available option for their student if they are going to attend CCU as an undergraduate student. A lot of people who contact us think it is a scholarship for their dual credit registration.
Since there is no physical location I will not make any printings for this year. I can email the syllabus after they complete their registration.
