Steps to Lead THE Cause Registration
Steps 2 & 3 must be completed to secure your spot at Lead THE Cause. To simplify the registration process, it’s best if the youth leader handles steps 1, 2, 4 & 5.

Note: This step will not reserve your spots or guarantee you Early Bird pricing. This is simply to give us an idea of who is coming and allow us to send you new information as it becomes available. 2. Final Payments
The youth leader is responsible to make the final payment for each group member prior to the final due date. For Early Bird and Regular Rate Deadlines, refer to the table below. If you have submitted $50 deposits prior to 1/20, you will need to pay the remaining balance by the Regular Rate deadline below. Note: For anyone who pays his or her balance after the final registration deadline, a $100/registration fee will apply.

3. Individual Application
Every attendee (student, youth leader, adult) is required to fill out an Individual Application form to complete their registration. To secure the spot, the application should be completed and turned in when the final payment is made.
4. Church Medical Release Forms
Each participant under 18 must have a filled out Medical Release Form. Download this form below. Group Coordinator is responsible for collecting and bringing the physical forms to the event.
5. College Credit!
This optional step allows your students to earn 3 college credits from Colorado Christian University! Registration opens on April 1, 2017 and closes on June 29, 2017 so mark your calendar and get your students registered!
